Body in Motion


Apparently, old vices can still haunt you. 

Contemporary ballet...has returned to my system. (thought I buried that in the dust of the past) 

It's addicting..

But now, I don't do it for stage/theatrical performances anymore, it's for workout (thank you, aging). 


It's better than yoga... 

Tried doing both routines in one day... contemporary ballet won.

Dancing is more tiring, cardio-demanding.

Oh well... Let's see how this goes.



But at least I found what my body craves. 

Slow. 
Movement. 
Curves. 
Sways. 
Clicks.

What the body wants, the body gets! Aha!
